We will gladly place an item (s) on hold for you! Please note that it will only be held for a duration of 5 days. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, the item will be released for sale without further notice.

We will respond shortly with an acceptance or decline.

If making payment by money order, cashier's or personal check.

To receive approval for a return, you must notify us with your concerns within 24 hours of your confirmed delivery date. Upon approval, we will issue a 'return authorization number'. Returns without the authorization number will not be processed. Item must be received within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date and customer is responsible for return postage. The item has to be in the same condition in which we sent it and upon satisfactory inspection, we will issue a full refund (inclusive of shipping fee).
