PLEASE do not lose sight of the fact that you are purchasing a vintage piece which by definition is "old" and has led quite a lengthy life! It is virtually impossible to find a garment without an issue even one as insignificant as a tiny pinhole. These pieces are many years old and there will be imperfections in some. Due to its years of storage, many will have a musty odor to them, however, due to the age of the garment, we leave cleaning method to the customer's discretion. Pieces are carefully inspected and any issues are disclosed, however, we are only human and can miss a flaw. Please contact us immediately with any concerns.

If you require perfection, vintage is definitely not for you. But if you are an individualist and not a follower….. wants or has developed your own fashion sense, then you will most definitely overlook a slight imperfection and enjoy the character that a vintage garment brings to your own look. Not to mention the fact that you are walking around wearing a piece of history of days gone by! How cool is that?

PAYMENT

We accept Paypal and eChecks via Paypal. Please note that we DO NOT have access to your personal information as all credit card payments are processed through PayPal on their SECURE website. We also accept money orders, cashiers and personal checks. If paying by check, MO or cashier's check, payment must be received within seven (7) days of placing the order. If payment is not received within this time frame, without notice, merchandise will be released for sale. NOTE: If making payment by personal check, purchase (s) will be shipped upon clearance of funds.

HOLD ITEM

We will gladly place an item (s) on hold for you! Please note that it will only be held for a duration of 5 days. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, the item will be released for sale without further notice. To hold an item please go to our "contact us" page and click the Hold Item email link.

SHIPPING

USA AND CANADA: A flat rate of $6.00 for most items of a lighter content, USPS Priority Mail including delivery confirmation receipt. (USA only).

INTERNATIONAL: A flat rate of $12.00 for most items of a lighter content, USPS First Class Airmail. Payment must be made in USD.

Parcels are generally shipped within two (2) business days.

We love to combine shipping fees on multiple items! Certain pieces will qualify for insurance at no additional cost to you. For those that do not, if you wish to insure your parcel, see the following insurance rates for breakdown. USA only.

$1.35 ................ $0.01 to $50

$2.30 ................ $50.01 to $100

$3.35 ................ $100.01 to $200

$4.40 ................ $200.01 to $300

$5.45 ................ $300.01 to $400

$6.50 ................ $400.01 to $500

Please keep in mind that once parcel leaves our hands, it is at the mercy of the postal system. Should there be a problem, email us and we will do our best to assist you in tracking it.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns due to improper fit as we provide detailed measuring to better assist you in ensuring a proper fit. However, we understand at times, there will be a need for a return, therefore, we will accept returns on individual case basis. To receive approval for a return, you must notify us with your concerns within 24 hours of your confirmed delivery date. Upon approval, we will issue a 'return authorization number'. Returns without the authorization number will not be processed. Item must be received within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date and customer is responsible for return postage. The item has to be in the same condition in which we sent it and upon satisfactory inspection, we will issue a full refund (inclusive of shipping fee). INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS please note that we cannot accept returns at this time due to customs issues.

Please make sure you understand our measurement guidelines as we do not issue a refund for items that do not fit. Some pieces are pinned to the model and will be stated in its description. See how we measure our garments.
