How We Measure Garments
We allow for ease of comfort when measuring as follows:
1 1/2" to 2" bust ease
1" waist ease
2" hip ease
For example, when we give a measurement of "fits up to 30" we are allowing comfort ease as outlined above. You would need to judge based on your preference of a tight or loose fit.
Vintage sizes ran smaller, to ensure a proper fit, you must measure....measure...and re-measure!
